Dairy Entry I started by researching E4 and their target audience so that I would know what type of ident to make to ensure it is successful. I also researched previous E4 idents and the winners last year. I then mind mapping my initial ideas and elaborating them further to get greater idea. I then moved onto storyboarding these ideas to see what they would actually look like. This allowed to get a few ideas of what I wanted my E4 ident to look like. I have started to use plasticise to model my ideas to get a visual view of what the character in my E4 ident would look like. So far I think I’m making progress with the work I’m currently doing but am progressing to finalizing details such as location, lighting etc. WWW: I have successfully managed to research E4 and statistics that show the type of people who watch their shows and how successful the previous E4 idents were. I also have made a variety of sketches and mind maps based of different ideas. EBI: I complete lighting/ location, technical equipment etc
